All of our products are made to order and all orders may be cancelled within 24 hours with a full refund.

Smaller, ‘boxed’ pieces, ship to the contiguous 48 states within 1-3 weeks.

Larger, ‘crated’ pieces, can also be shipped to the contiguous 48 states within 4-8 weeks.

If you live outside the Southern California area (reference above) please contact us prior to ordering, additional shipping charges may apply.  *If a piece is ordered for delivery outside the specified shipping area, the customer will be contacted and additional shipping charges will be applied and paid prior to fabrication.

Items must be inspected at the time of delivery.  If anything is incorrect or the piece was damaged during shipping, this is the only time you will be able to indicate concerns.  Please denote any damage on the delivery form and reject the delivery.  You will be contacted within 24 hours with options for redelivery.

If the customer is not home for delivery at the confirmed time, additional shipping and storage fees may apply.

As all of our pieces are hand made with natural materials, we encourage you to ask any questions you may have regarding the care of your items in order to best maintain their quality.  Given this material is natural it is prone to typical movement and some color changes over time, this is not unusual.  If the piece shows faulty craftsmanship within 180 days, we will do our best to provide repairs.  No piece may be returned without the written consent of Reynolds Built.

 

All materials are variable and subject to minimal change.  Every product made is unique and subject to variations in color, characterization, species, texture, etc. 

 

Please allow for a dimensional tolerance of 1” on every piece.

This purchase agreement is subject to change.  Any changes made to this purchase agreement go into effect at the time they are updated here, on the Reynolds Built website.  All purchases are subject to these terms.
