Shipping
Smaller, ‘boxed’ pieces, ship to the contiguous 48 states within 1-3 weeks.
Once a purchase has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
When the piece(s) have been completed and packaged the customer will receive an email confirming their shipment is on its way!
Larger pieces are deliverable to the Southern California area (see included counties below), that said please email us at info@reynoldsbuilt.com for customer specific nationwide shipping options.

After the 24-hour cancellation period the customer will be provided with an estimated completion date for their piece(s). When the piece(s) have been completed the customer will be contacted to set up a convenient delivery date and time.
If you live in the Southern California area, including Santa Barbara, Kern, Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, San Diego and Imperial counties; we offer company delivery and set up! The piece(s) will be brought to your preferred location, leveled, cleaned and made ready to enjoy!
If you live outside the Southern California area (reference above) please contact us prior to ordering, additional shipping charges may apply. *If a piece is ordered for delivery outside the specified shipping area, the customer will be contacted and additional shipping charges will be applied and must be paid prior to fabrication.
Items must be inspected at the time of delivery. If anything is incorrect or the piece was damaged during shipping, this is the only time you will be able to indicate concerns. Please denote any damage on the delivery form and reject the delivery. You will be contacted within 24 hours with options for redelivery.
